First Cruiser Pleasantly Surprised

Sail Date: December 01, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

Clean and well maintained with mostly clear directonal signage.

Pros: friendliness of the crew

Cons: exterior noise

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!

Service and Staff
Dining staff made an effort to know passengers' names. Drink servers numerous but not pushy.
Better than Las Vegas quality minus star recognition.
Ship Quality
Once your learned what decks didn't go "thru," easy to navigate. Awfully big but I guess there are bigger ones.
Food and Dining
Great variety and creative dishes
Cabin / Stateroom
Two single beds definitely work better than one double. Very comfortable and easy to sleep.
