My husband and I booked this cruise through 411. When we did not receive a confirmation email, we called only to find out cruise 411 gave our names, addresses, and dates of travel to the WRONG email address. That's right, ...our identity and the dates we would be gone were sent to any thieves/robbers who wanted an easy break-in. The representative stated she could do "nothing." We then spoke to an openly, and shockingly hostile, rude supervisor who stated the company would not pay for any type of identity theft service let alone give any type of discount. One long process with the Better Business Bureau finally resulted in another supervisor contacting us stating they would not not pay for an identity theft service but would reimburse us after we personally paid. They also want us to fill out multiple forms in order to get reimbursed. She also implied we should be grateful for the "service." I told that before the BBB complaint, all attempts to resolve our problem through 411 directly, resulted in no customer service attempt to help the situation. All attempts to prior to the multiple phone calls, requests, BBB took hours and hours of our time. Our cruise was back in February. Today is April 21 and we still have not been reimbursed or received an apology. This was a horrible, awful experience and I would advise anyone to book their cruise through any other travel agency. Costco's travel agency representatives were friendly and knowledgeable.
