This was our first cruise. I should have done more research to find a cruise that was more relaxing and less of a partying atmosphere.

We did a jeep adventure tour that included driving two hours out of Ensenada with some fun off-road driving and a tour of a boutique winery. The guide in the front jeep communicated with us by radio and gave an informative, enlighteniing tour.

We did the interior islad tour and were pleased. The guide was humorous and knowledgeable. The main town of Avalon was delightful.
Don't Miss: Venture into the island to tour the nature conservancy. Gotta try the gigantic fresh-baked chocolate chip oatmeal cookie at the airport in the sky!

Pros: comfortable stateroom, great service and staff, shore excursions

Cons: noisy with alot of children and partying young to middle-aged adults

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!
