The musical shows were entertaining and the casino was fun. We didn't care much for the comedy shows (not very funny and used racist jokes). We enjoyed the tv programming when resting and the crew was very polite and attentive, the stateroom service was excellent and they greeted us by name each day...one con was the room temperature (cold)....the food really good, the selection was wonderful, pastries, fruits, etc.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
24 hour food great, coffee not so good, more like colored water but the food was good.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
we wished they had more shows on board (only one each night) and more fun activities.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
everyone very friendly and polite at all times.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
easy to learn to move around the ship, condition was good and decor was fun and like a casino-vegas type, clean and accessible.

Cabin / Stateroom

We stayed in the main deck level 5 stateroom M11 was very noisy, it appeared as if we were inside the engines, so loud it would wake us every time the ship stopped at the ports...might have been the location of our stateroom...we couldn't sleep late on arrival to the port because of the loudness in the room and also the temperature of the room very cold. Size wise and bed comfort were great, towels clean and acceptable amenities.

the city tour was a waste of time, took us to an old winery to taste bad wine they hoped we would buy and then to a "casino" not longer open as one since it's illegal in Mexico but used nowdays for private parties, there was a small courtyard with tables setup with souvernirs for sale..... we could have walked from the port to downtown and shopped without the tour which was basically a shopping tour (left us there to shop around, not much explanation regarding city's history, etc).
Don't Miss: nothing

Pros: the food

Cons: drinks expensive and costly photos on board were hard to resist

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!
