This cruise was a gift from our children for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Being our first, we did'nt know what to expect. Everything went very smoothly from the flight and shuttle to being on this ship. We were so impressed with the size of the Carnival Paradise. Our stateroom was more roomy than we had anticipated and we had plenty of room to store our things. The location was great, close to the dining areas and the large pool. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The food was all very good, and our company at our table in the dining room was wonderful, all in our age group. The entertainment was great, always something to do. We are looking for another cruise already!!

We took the LaBufadora tour and really enjoyed that. We had fish tacos at a little stand across from Habana Banana, I don't remember that name, but they were so delicious!! Lots of fun shopping.
Don't Miss: The Blow Hole, of course!!

We rented a golf cart and did our own "self tour" that was great fun. We did not eat there, went back to the ship. We have done the glass bottom boat before and would recommend that.

Pros: The whole new experience!!

Cons: Not having a complete menu of the entire cruise so we could choose where to eat.

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!
