It was like taking my kids to Las Vegas with lots of overly intoxicated, obnoxious people. We had to walk through smoke-filled casinos to get to some places. Don't go on this cruise if you have a strong moral backbone because there are negative influences that make you have to protect your children's eyes & ears.

Food and Dining

Entertainment

A lot of adult entertainment. No family entertainment in the evening.

Children's Programs

My kids *hated* Camp Carnival. They were only there for 45 minutes and did not enjoy themselves. (I've got 2 active boys: one is 10, the other is 7). The activities were not active enough for boys; a lot of arts & crafts, singing songs, reading, movies...

Service and Staff

Excellent staff; very friendly and helpful

Ship Quality

It is confusing trying to find out where everything is located. A map in the stateroom would be helpful.

Cabin / Stateroom

It wasn't too clean when we first got there - there were other people's hair & used dental floss (!) in the shower. The best thing were the beds! They are so comfortable!

It was enjoyable to walk the streets, but don't expect great deals at the shops.

Pros: The food in the main dining rooms was excellent; The crew are friendly

Cons: Beware of the "hard sell" of products at the spa
