I really liked the cruise but it cold be better in my opinion.

This cruise was my first and it was a very refreshing experience where I got to make friends and enjoy my day from morning till night time! No boring moment

Fantastic Mexican Riviera adventure with a cruise director that was out of this world

Personally my first warm weather sailing, Havana!

There should be more things for 21 and over. Not 18 and over. There should be a country dance night. We should not have to pay for parking .

Overall we had a fabulous cruise. We loved the ship and look forward to cruising on a sister ship at some point. There were plenty of activities and were unable to do everything unfortunately. I do wish we had a better experience with our stateroom that first night and with the cleanliness, it made us question if even the bedding had been changed.

My 1st cruise on Carnival (6th total). Ship was easy to navigate. Doesn't take to long to get where you're going. Food in restaurants was excellent. Buffet, not so much. If I had any complaint about this ship it would be no adult only cold pool. Hot tub in Serenity was nice but always full and who wants to be in a hot tub when its 93 degrees and 80+ % humidity?? Staff was excellent and only 1 time did we come across a staff member we thought was somewhat rude.

Even though the elevators were an issue, I really enjoyed the trip. I would sail again.

Food quality is bad time in capos isn’t enough, when someone gets hurt they don’t care

Love the ship both ports. Everyone on the ship was awesome.

Great cruise but the ship has propulsion issues and will keep returning late until it is dry docked.

My cruise would have been great if I had chosen a better Cabin location. Fellow passengers was constantly slamming the balcony and cabin doors. Kids running around all hours of the night and banging on doors.

Overall it was an excellent cruise. First time on the Panorama since Covid. Was on the inaugural cruise in December of 19 and got sick, so nice to go back and show that ship who’s the boss. So much fun this time

I hope when they take the Panorama out of the water to be refurbished. I hope they will have food service in the Havana Experience ! Also, have cushions on the loungers!

This is the 2nd Carnival Cruise we have been on, first ship was the Carnival Splendor and now the Carnival Panorama, both Cruises were amazing in there own way but I do love the Panorama better but Carnival is a great cruise line. I may try another cruise line later but I am already looking at my next cruise and Carnival is my first and only choice at this time. Everything from the ship, staff, food, entertainment, decor, and the overall organization of this ship was 5 star. Gerry was our cruise director and he made every day so fun.

Enjoyed the ship, plenty of activities and many places to eat. Fun ports to visit.

This was a great cruise...cruising in general has lost some allure for us because it feels more controlled and inflexible compared to our last few vacations. We like more control of the details and a loose itinerary. There will surely be times when we want this more controlled experience & we will definitely come back someday to Carnival Panorama.

So much fun!! We always love cruising on Carnival, and are loyal to them! Mexican Riveria was new to us, and we loved it but I think we prefer the Caribbean. Regardless, that didn’t change our fun and good time with Carnival.

For the thousands of dollars I spent for 2 rooms, definitely feel completely ripped off. Too noisy to sleep, the family Harbor Longe food was horrible. Except the ice cream when it was working. The coffee machine was down slot as well. Bought the drink package for all of us and seldom used because the poor little kids were terrified to go to the bars for soft drinks. Pay attention: as a whole the bartenders pretty much ignored them and made them wait til the adult customers who tip more were served. This happened repeatedly.
