Cruise was fun but the ship layout was badly designed

This was a BIRTHDAY party for 3 cousins.We had a blast. Couldn't tell that the ship was so big.didn't seem like there was 4000 people on board.

Disappointing with the dining room experience. Not being able to make dinner reservations early in the day, food was served cold or burnt.

We did this years ago but figured we would give the new ship a try The ship is beautiful. The shows are great. Service was excellent, the stewards were great. We had kids in the room next to us that were bouncing off the walls. Kept waking us up. I went to the front desk and they said that kids can stay in a cabin by themselves as long as the parents are nextdoor. This was the worst in 71 cruises. People need to take care of their kids not let them go wild it is not fair to others.

The cruise was great 😎 The bad part was the last port of call. It rained all day long😳 The temperature was kind of cool the whole trip. But the last day of sea day returning back turns out to be a great day on the ship 🤔🤔🤔

Carnival ship and staff were amazing, lots of fun and memories to be had. It seemed like they were charging you for something every time you turn around though, and we paid 4000 for the cruise then tax, tipping, and drinks plus food in specialty restaurants, we spent another 1500. I don’t know about anyone else but I could spend the same amount on a Europe trip for 3 weeks versus the 1 week on the ship- thanks a lot Carnival!

Overall this cruise was amazing!!! So beautiful and fun!!

Overall, this was a fantastic cruise. We really enjoyed the brand new ship and all of the wonderful facilities and entertainment it has to offer. It was great fun to welcome in 2020 onboard! It was an incredible experience from start to end.

This was a great cruise. The staff were friendly and personable. The breadth and quality of the food was great. The main productions in the theatre were great.

My only complaint about our cruise (besides the weather) was that the privacy of the Havana was not enforced. There were several “switching” of wrist bands fir illegal access

We had an absolutely great, beautiful, rememberable time! We needed this so much and we were very satisfied and grateful we got it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first ever cruise. Carnival are great to cruise with and Panorama is an incredible ship.

Would go on the Panorama again with a different itinerary. The spa itself is great and I had several wonderful treatments - a facial, two massages, pedicure, etc. My daughter loved Club O2 and the Air Zone. Missed having the art gallery on board. The cruise director Emma was very entertaining.

Beautiful Ship! We were the first ones on the 7 day cruise and I loved that everything smelled new, and everything was clean. Entertainment was the absolute best we’ve been on. Non-stop activities and amazing talent on board. New age was amazing! They captivated audiences from young to old. Loved loved the 80’s music. There was dancing and so much fun was had by all. The teens clubs were amazing. The kids has so much fun and their counselors were awesome! They had so much fun, we had to beg them to come to dinner with us or take pictures. I’m very picky about food so it was hard for me to eat in the buffet so I just made time to eat in the dining room which they really made easy without the long wait times that I’ve experienced on other ships. The cabin felt a bit cramped for 3 of us and we had a hard time putting our luggage in the closets like we were able to on different ships. The cabin we chose was near crew quarters and I am a very light sleeper so I had a hard time sleeping with dishes clanging all night. I’ll have to choose better next time. It didn’t bother my husband or daughter though. By far my favorite ship and crew in the fleet! God speed to the new Panorama and Crew!

Had a wonderful time on this beautiful ship. Have done this itinerary several times but this ship made our vacation!

Never had a bad cruise and this may have been 1 of the better ones. Excellent ports, nice crew, and food was good. Ship is exactly like Vista, and Horizon with a few minor changes other than sky zone but brand new.

I've cruised three times on Norwegian (and I have a fourth already scheduled). I've cruised ONCE on Royal and I have another one scheduled. This was my 4th Carnival cruise (counting the B2B). And will be my LAST Carnival Cruise. All previous times I was disappointed in Carnival and each time I would vow it would be my last. But THIS time I mean it. I WAS very happy with the Veteran area. I've never seen anything like THAT on ANY other cruise line I've been on. But the food was recycled and we kept eating leftovers. Never experienced this.on any other cruise line.

We didn’t visit the water works area of the ship or the pool areas. Had great customer service when requested. Our cabin stewards were great and the dining staff was very efficient. Kudos to the staff at Lido for doing the best job possible in cleaning tables and keeping food areas impeccable.
