Review summary

Cruise was great overall, but I wouldn’t recommend this cabin. I wanted to check out the Havana area, and this was the last cabin available, but the layout is terrible. The bed is against the window side of the room and there is very little spaced to walk past the foot of it (maybe 10”). Because of the awkward fight for there is no real closet, no couch, just the bed, a small desk, and wardrobe, with strange empty spaces.

The Havana pool is wading about halfway and then a huge drop to a deep pool. Not really for swimming, more for lounging.

Yes, Jim Zimmerman said the same thing about this cabin setup in his YouTube video. He said the only benefit was that it had the biggest balcony on the ship 🛳 but the cabin layout was not worth it in his opinion.

We booked a Havana room in February, could you tell me a bit about the pool area? Is there a pool, it appears to be just a wading pool?

Looking at ship layout it appears to be an aft “corner” with the larger kind of wrap around balcony. I thought those were calledVista balconies. We’ve had aft facing extended balconies and those are our favorite, that’s what we’ve booked on Panorama in Havana, can’t wait!

It's an aft-view. I had a similar cabin on Valor (7447) and it was fine for a couple on a shorter cruise, but I wouldn't want it for a week.
