I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Serenity. There is a pool and bar there as well as clam shell seats and hammock type things.

1) Book your cruise well in advance to get max shipboard credits for things like the gift-shop and spa! 2) Bring the soda and wine they allow passengers to bring; don't order the all inclusive drink package unless you're a heavy drinker. We set aside $350 for drinks for both of us-it was plenty!

Serenity is awesome. It's an adult only area. It has it's own pool, hot tub and bar. There is clam shell loungers, hammocks and lots of other chairs. I spent a lot of time here.

We have had a balcony the last 3 cruises and I really enjoy it. Once you have a balcony you are spoiled.

At least half of the passengers were over fifty years old including my wife and I. The only significant issue was the constant background music being played over the ship's public address system. All those over 50 with whom I spoke, did not like the rap, hip-hop, soul, and other teenage 'music'.

Miracle is a beautiful ship with super cute common areas. I was disappointed in the buffet. The salad bar and fruit was amazing. The sandwich area is very good but Chopsticks was not very tasty and got boring fast. I didn't have any pizza--no slices available only whole pizzas.

Make sure you get in line early to get the tender tickets on the Lido deck for Cabo so you can get an earlier tender off the ship

Always, always a balcany! If you have a mobility issue, rent a scooter. It is worth every penny. You maintain your independence and those that are with you can relax a little more.
