Review summary

This was a trip on my bucket list. The ports were new for the Miracle except for Colombia. I enjoyed all of the ports because they were all unique places to visit.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We were told not to arrive earlier than our assigned time, but we were able to embark an hour early. The process seemed quicker than the last time that we went on a cruise- 1993.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The Steakhouse was excellent. We did the Chef’s table which was well worth the extra cost. My husband did not like his prime rib in the dining room. Horatio’s restaurant was the best for breakfast and brunch.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Massage was very relaxing - go to the Ladies Pamper Party to get a discount on a 75 minute massage. Trivia was a daily activity that we attended several times per day.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Enjoyed several of the Punchliner comedians.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Dining room waiters were always attentive. Our room steward was very friendly and always addressed us by our first names. The bar personnel were also super friendly.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship’s layout was easy to figure out. There were plenty of restrooms-all were clean and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was always kept clean by our room steward. It was great to have a balcony for the Canal crossing. Noise was not a problem but the roof over the balcony extended a ways out so we could not see the start of sunset.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We disembarked with our luggage so we got off earlier than passengers that had the ship handle their bags. Nothing to declare so customs was not a problem.
