This was my first ever Cruise and I am hooked. Carnival was so much fun and constantly kept us entertained. I would absolutely recommend Carnival to all of my friends and family. The Staff was incredible and always positive. We were treated like family! The Shows were impressive and heart warming. The Performers were extremely talented. The Comedians made me laugh till my cheeks and stomach heart. The musicians created a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I was throughly impressed and can not wait to book my next Cruise! Thank you Carnival and all of the staff on the Miracle! You made a Cruiser out of me, I am hooked!!

I can't say enough about Angelo, he 100% made my first Cruise experience memorable. He went above and beyond to take care of everyone. He kept everyone happy by being silly and by being a professional at the same time. When I look back at my first Cruise, Angelo and his suburb service will always be the first thing that comes to mind. I miss him already!

The only disappointing aspect of our Cruise was the jacuzzi. Every single time we got our suits on and went up to the Lido the pool and jacuzzis were packed like a sardine can. Every one of them. At one point I counted 10 adults and 6 kids in 1 jacuzzi! Out of 3 jacuzzis we were only able to use it 1 time the whole week, on embarkation in Serenity.

I was able to see a lot of shows while on the Ship! They were all incredible! Heart of Soul, The Holiday Show, and so much more. I was really touched by the Holiday show, bringing the kids in and watching them preform made my night. Watching the snow fall was so special. The dancer's!! Oh my goodness the dancer's! They were extremely talented. The trio of ladies that played Violin all week. Their beautiful sound and the moment I shared with my husband while listening to them play will always be something I could never forget. The gentleman the does the Bingo was hilarious! The 2 comedian's I saw made me laugh till it hurt.
Jay Jay was great! His positivity and the pep in his step really livens up the place.

I have already listed most of the wonderful people who took care of us all week. (ANGELO!! and the wait staff were on top of it and is soooooo funny!) I was throughly impressed with the service we received, the shows we saw and the food! I would like to say that Samsuri (I hope I spelled that right) our Steward was the best! Always smiling and welcoming. informative and understanding when we changed our cleaning time 3x. He kept our room very clean and well stocked. He even made sure we had ice at all times. Samsuri is very good at his job. He made us comfortable from our first encounter and treated us like family our entire stay. Thank you Sam!!

Our room was great! The only down side that was bothersome was the window!! The window was so dirty it was challenging to enjoy the view.
Frustrating but to be expected. Everyone was in a hurry to get off the ship do it was crazy. I will say the Staff handled it with patience and professionalism.
