A+ for room service and cabin steward.

A for bartenders and buffets

B for cleanliness and condition of ship.

B for handicap friendly

B for spas.....excellent service but overpriced.

C for ports of call....your last minute change is unforgivable....you knew damn well a long time ago that the change was n the works. we were going to meet friends at the ports.

D for theformal dining rooms. Food was crap.

Formal dining rooms were a big disappointment!. Bread was 5-day old hard, lobster and steaks required a hacksaw, desserts were ok but no imagination.

not enough time. we clearly could have had another 3 hours. the ship slowed nearly to a stop 3 or 4 hours before making way into LA.
