It was a true carnival cruise

Sail Date: September 24, 2016

Room Type: Oceanview

I didn't think the customer service was on point. I have been on several carnival cruises and they are all sub-standard, but they are a good value. Food was OK, but not a good enough variety. There werent enough bartenders and I had to ask 3 times one evening to get a drink and dint get a drink before I got my food. It was kind of ridiculous. 2 of the shows on board were stopped due to technical difficulty.
