Staff was courteous ,helpful and friendly.

Music in shows was EXTREMLY LOUD to the point it was uncomfortable and lyrics from performers could not be heard over.

I was told by the sales person who booked us, that we would have a $100 on-board credit. The credit did not appear on my travel documents and when we were on board we were told we had a $30.18 (?) on board credit...Customer service was of no help in locating the rest of the promised on board credit.I consider this a cheap shot rip off.

Food and Dining

Last night of cruise we were offered COLD prime rib and Cold baked potatoes. When the 6 of us complained to the manager, we received and apology and no replacement. All 6 of us went up to Lido deck for dinner.

Music in theatres was so loud you could not hear the entertainers. We left the shows soon after they started because of the exceptionally loud and uncomfortable beat and volume of the music
