72 hours prior to sailing, 48 hours befit our flight-either Carnival or Cheap cancelled our reservation, while I was mid process booking beverage packages. Also cancelled our 'fast to the fun' pass..which was not able to be re-instated. Was on the phone for over 8 hours the following 2 days, no sleep.. With no ownership from either party for the cancellation. Listened for more than 2 hours to 2 grown men arguing over subpoenas and legalities, none of which have me answers. Cookies & cider from Carnival and $75 from cheap cruises was the ultimate correction from 2 multi-million dollar companies, oh and a 'pending' discount on my NEXT booking... That will never occur. The ship was lovely, food and drinks endless, excursion choices great and entertainment wonderful. 

No one should have to endur this much stress planning a family vacation, book a year in advance, within 48 hours of flying out.
