The entertainment directors did not represent any excitement or create an atmosphere of FUN!! At most of the events they were late and setting up their stuff late. They lacked true engagement with the audience. It almost felt like they didn't wnat to be there. I have cruised on other ships before and NEVER have i seen that before. The overal cruise expereince was boring and very disappointintg.

I felt my money was wasted. Most people go on crusie to take their mind off work and have some excitement. This DID NOT happen. On the deck\, there was NEVER any music playing. the atmosphere was DEAD!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING
