Review summary

no greeter for suite guest-- elevators were not working so could not go to our cabin on embarkcation. Room service woul not answer the phone had to keep trying u to at least 4 to 5 times. Menu to limited breakfast could offer aan American breakfast. The afternoon buffet squality and choices 1 * restaurant & sometimes would close before given time. Diinner food was good (not Superior)Breakfast Brunch food very good . the pay for tv did not work (asked for help took 6 days to fix. Could not ajust the tempature in cabin , going down & returning NY VERY COLD needed blankets to sit in cabin. air conditioning nerver shut off. Cabin boy RICARDO was exceptional . took wonderful care of us. Felt safe because he would make sure he was looking out for us, My cabin was spotless due to his care we could enjoy the cruise. Service in the dining room CHONTICHA, EDWARD ,UNGSHUNGMI were like family & made are dining so pleasant & they trully cared! we will miss them! The hostess Precious and her staff made us fell like family. The STAFF were ddthe best experience on the voyage! People did not use the hand sanitizer like norweigen wash washy to get into thedining rooms and food areas. You can see the wear and tear of the ship. I felt some areas were not as clean as I would have liked. elevatores , windows etc. The Miracal must have been beautiful in its time such beautiful decorations & art . The Casino was very nice & felt comfortabele the staff went out of thier way to help & explain table games so I could experiance the tables! Bar people & guest services great. The Serenty was a great feature which we loved! i had been told we would have priority debarkation not so they called floors wanted us I suggest if you would like 65 or older guest out of our cabin & POORLY marke to get to customs area on ship. not very well organized. Port Authority Staff outside rude and no help from them totaly disorganised!! I would like to see a 65 & older catagory to help with embarkation & debarkcation . We could cruise more because we love,to but we would think about it due to how difficult it is to get on & off thr ship. I did not let these problems ruin my respite time but I would nerver want to cruise on the carnivale again & if asked I would nerver recommend The Carnivale thank you for getting me home safe & THANKS to thoes CREW members who were wonderful workers alwayswith a smile & so thoughtful Charlotte Santilli
