If you like nice, bright and airy decor DON'T go on this ship.
Bad things - decor, food
The good things:- the staff (except the customer service people) were pleasant;
Food and Dining

the buffet was no better than a $5 all you can eat buffet - very little choice (especially breakfast). The layout was confusing and dangerous. There were 4 small food stations spread out from the end to the middle of the ship which meant you had to walk the length of the ship just to see what they had. Then you had to wait in more than one line to get different things. TOne of the drinks stations was set up right at the entrance so people coming in had to walk around people carrying hot drinks - it was a mess. The main dining room food was presented well but was tasteless. The butter in the main dinning room was some sort of fake\, whipped stuff - we took butter from the buffet to the dinning room every night.

This was pretty good. They did cancel a show because the fly in entertainment's plane was delayed. The cruise director staff was great\, especially Danielle and Peter (the English on not the other one). There were lots of quizzes etc which I like but the prizes sucked.
Service and Staff

The people were very nice and pleasant and helpful - rating would have been excellent if it wasn't for the people in customer service who were miserable. They took days to change our room to one less noisy - keeping in mind we were on the cruise that sailed into Hurricane Sandy so there were quite a few empty cabins).

The decoration on this ship was awful. Dark depressing and nothing matched. I can't believe they paid someone to design that mess\, but worse\, someone actually approved it! It was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size was good and it was kept clean etc but we had to change cabins because our room developed on knocking sound. Our second room was better but would whistle like there was a kettle boiling in the next room and out bathroom vent had a direct line to someone elses cabin becasue we could hear conversation like they were in the next room.
