worst cruise ever

Sail Date: August 26, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Room Type: Balcony

the cutbacks on this ship were obvious in the entertainment areas as well as the overall cleanliness of the ship it was a MAJOR disapointment the worst cruise i have ever been on

Pros: going home

Cons: lack of entertainment...no calypso band on pool deck ...little or no piano music...awful shows except for 2 that were good ......A VERY BORING 8 DAYS....i didnt go on a cruise with the idea of reading 3 books....there was little or nothing to do

Recommends Carnival Miracle? No.

Ship Quality
my room had an odor the carpet needed edging with a good vacuum cleaner dust hanging from the ceiling balcony filthy and useless to us my husband is in a wheelchair and there was a high ledge to get out on the balcony with no ramp of any kind this was unacceptable in a handicapped room
Food and Dining
great food and good dining room staff especially enjoyed the brunch
Cabin / Stateroom
location and size were great however the room had an odor the phone was located too far from the bed and we couldnt make use of the balcony
Service and Staff
Entertainment
entertainment and music were severly lacking we had been on this ship on 2 other occasions and were very disapointed with all the changed
