Except for a handful, the crew seemed miserable. Most didn't even give the time of day, many didn't even look you in the eye. It was our first, and last, cruise out of New York City. Most of the cruisers were from the area, and were rude to put it mildly. The food was barely passable.

Food and Dining

The choices were poor and whatever you got was marginal.

Entertainment

There was entertainment on the boat?

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Except for our steward\, Vasan\, the wine steward/bar waiter Prokash\, and Nick and Nora waitress Ivana\, the staff was miserable.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Vasan was a great steward and went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed.

Pros: St. Thomas/Grand Turk and our Room Steward

Cons: The food\, people on the cruise\, most workers on the cruise.

Recommends Carnival Miracle? No.
