A great family vacation

Sail Date: June 23, 2012

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

This was the first cruise we'd taken on a, relatively speaking, smaller ship and it was wonderful. We've taken three prior cruises and they've all been on mega-ships. This ship was really nice - there was plenty of room to explore and spread out, and lots to do on days at sea: the spa, the gym, an outdoor track (though it is very small), miniature golf, basketball, a water slide, the casino, lessons and demonstrations and, of course, sitting outside in the sun.

Pros: The islands were beautiful

Cons: Overcrowding at the buffet and by the pools

Recommends Carnival Miracle? Yes!

Ship Quality
The ship was clean and inviting.
Food and Dining
The food was simply amazing.
Cabin / Stateroom
The room was spacious (for a ship's cabin) and had everything we needed.
Service and Staff
The staff was excellent.
Entertainment
Just a personal thing, not a fan of the "over 18" comedy.
