Had some issues

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The staff for the most part was rude to the point of surly. Dominic the "Trivia Guy" and our Cabin Stewart Frances and his assistant were the two exceptions. The hostess blocked my husband from the dining room on elegant night for wearing shorts - while confronting us a gentleman walked right past us in cutoff jeans and flip flops. Chose your battles? New carpet installed mid cruise that left an awful glue smell in our cabin for the duration of the trip. Dinner took two hours in the main dining room so we skipped that for the most part - and an extremely limited buffet on the Lido deck lead to some very dissapointing dining options.

Pros: Trivia Games

Cons: Dining

Recommends Carnival Miracle? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Limited options for evening meal if the main dining room was unsatisfactory - and it was. Grouchy kitchen staff, no service at all throughout. My husband was refused something as simple as pepperoni pizza one night while someone else walked passed him with a whole pepperoni pizza.
Service and Staff
I said it all above.
Cabin / Stateroom
Frances and his helper were very gracious..always greeted us by name and inquired how our shore excursions went. Very nice
