First Carnival Cruise

Sail Date: December 04, 2011

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Getting on and off the ship was excellent, no waiting or frustration. Our stateroom was very comfortable and our steward was great. Food: Very repetitive for breakfast & lunch. Room service was extremely limited. I was ill two evenings & they said that soup & bread was not on the room service menu, so we had to go and get it ourselves. Hello?? When ordering prime rib, I asked for Medium, NO, it only is cooked M Rare, or M Well. Entertainment was mediocre and things were scheduled on top of each other, so difficult to take in various things in same eve.

Pros: Casual atmosphere

Cons: Food & entertainment venues

Recommends Carnival Miracle? Yes!

Service and Staff
Above & Beyond was not the case. Really didn't ask for much, but when ill we had to get our own food. When I asked to have someone help us find a place to sit to eat, they were quite displeased to do so....??
Entertainment
Adult comedy? Yes, we knew it was adult, but some of it was really over the top filthy and left the "funny" out.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Dining times were very convenient.
