Miracle Cruise

Sail Date: November 18, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

Family had a great time on the Miracle. Would have liked to have more entertainment on the ship. Ship was clean and staff was great and very helpful and nice. Decor was a bit dated (Dinning room) and areas could use some updating, but overall, was a great value and food was great.

Pros: our stateroom with balcony was awesome

Cons: not enough to do on ship i.e. entertainment. decor is a bit dated

Recommends Carnival Miracle? Yes!

Ship Quality
overall clean, but could use some updates
Entertainment
overall, shows were good.
Children's Programs
15 & 20 yr old kids were kind of bored with not alot to do, but enjoyed shows with us
Food and Dining
Food was much better than our last years cruise with Carnival.
Cabin / Stateroom
First time with a balcony and LOVED it! great layout for us. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony
Service and Staff
Everyone was really nice and helpful.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
was pretty, but did not do a tour, so shopping was not a huge draw for us.
Don't Miss: enjoy the island
Castries, St. Lucia
Was taken back at how poor and dirty the island was in town shopping not worth it. Did do a Zip line tour with family and we had a great time. 15 yr old daughter was horrified at the poor & dirty conditions. Was a good reality check for kids how how fortunate we are in America (even with current administration)
Don't Miss: Zip line tour
Basseterre, St. Kitts
very pretty island. just visited shopping area, but no tours. enjoyed the beautiful views from ship
Don't Miss: the view
