Sail Date: August 26, 2011
Ship: Carnival Miracle
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Family (young children)

I was disappointed with the staff . There was no supervision on the ship. They didn't know if they were coming or going. The best part of the cruise was the quality of the food and variety. It was excelllent. We all enjoyed that part of the cruise. When leaving the ship it was horrible. We waited about three hours before departing. They did not communicate with the people and let the people know what was going on. This was our 21st cruise and the worst. When you arrived on the ship they didn't even offer assistance to where your cabin was located.
