The ship was clean but needs some updating, this was my second cruise on the miracle with in four years and it's starting to look a bit outdated. The staff was friendly and nice. There was plenty of lounge chairs available to sun bath out on deck which is important i have been on a previous cruise not with carnival where you had to get up early and hold your chair for the day other wise you missed out. The food in the dining room was good you could most of the time select something from the menu that you liked. The downside of my cruise would be not enough to do i was on an 8day cruise and after you get off on the ports and back on ship for a couple of days you become a little bored. There is just so much tanning and gambling you could do. So maybe Malcolm the cruise director can incorporate a few more activities for passenger's to do while they are at sea. Also the buffet really needs some enhancing there is no variety what's so ever the food is not appealing at all and it closes way to early. If you are up past 9:30 pm everything is already closed down and you only have pizza to eat. Unless you wait until after 11:00 you could get a hot dog really who eat's hotdog's that late?

Pros: customer service

Cons: buffet on the lido deck
