Not up to the usual standards

We could not believe how terrible the service was on the ship. Most of the problems seem to be that they were under staffed. Our waiter was very good, but he had too many tables. If you arrived at the restaurant for lunch one minute after 1:30 they would not seat you. On the day we arrived in Grand Turk they did not have sit down lunch service. So everyone had to go to the buffet and the lines were very long and you could not fine a seat. Everyone on the ship was talkiing about the terrible service and we could not wait until the end of the cruise to fill out our comment cards.... Guess what? No one got comment cards. I guess they knew it was going to be bad, so they skipped it!!

Cons: Service was terrible

Recommends Carnival Miracle? No.
