A good Cruise

Sail Date: May 31, 2010

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

It was a nice experience but did not exceeded our expectations. Food was good, we got a great server for dinner, but the staff during lunch or breakfast did a poor job in service and attitude. The buffet was closed during the hours of 3 to 5 pm, and there was nothing to eat but hamburgers that by the way were horrible, dry and overcooked chicken fingers and salad that look not appealing or fresh, same thing at night after 10 pm nothing to eat. I guess we are use to 24 7 in other cruises before. I missed the friendliness in the majority of the staff. The cruise itself did not have life or fun the shows were pretty bad. The layout of the Buffet was horrible everything was every where, there was no order.

Pros: Food

Cons: Service
