It was a fun filled cruise

Sail Date: July 28, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was smaller then the other ships I have sailed on but it was comfortable for the amount of passengers that was there. The pools were small and often crowded and so were the hot tubs/jacuzzis. My grandson loved the waterslide it was a blast and the line moved rather quickly. He also enjoyed the miniture golf and all the activities at Camp Carnival.

Pros: There was a lot to do all day for children and adults. Enjoyed all of the islands we stopped at and the crew was really hospitable and helpfull.

Cons: Needed a little more entertainment poolside and the band was not all that great [needed more backup] and the pools were very small compared to the other ships I have been on.

Recommends Carnival Miracle? Yes!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Shopping to die for everything you could want was there and we had luch at a very well known restaurant named Cousins which served great Caribean food
Don't Miss: Shopping downtown
Grand Turk Island
For a small island we had the best time here. The shopping and Margarettaville which had 3 pools and a wave pool and was adjacent to the beach was so much fun we were just minutes from the boat so no one had to rush back trying to get a taxi or a ride.
Don't Miss: The duty free store was the best and you can't beat the music, drinks, food and entertainment at Margarettaville
San Juan, Puerto Rico
We had a short tour of this city but the guide was great and he left us right in the middle of the shopping district so we all were happy about that
Don't Miss: The forts and castle with their history was truly memorable
