This was our 4th cruise this year and will will be cruising again on 9-18-06. The Miracale is one of Carival's best ships. She has it all. We visited Mayan ruins in Belize, Costa Maya and Cozumel. We took the day off in Grand Cayman and went shopping. We relaxed, enjoyed the spa, stayed up until 1AM, slept late this is the only way to truly vacation.

Platinum Cruising on Carnival is the best you realllllllly do fill like a VIP. Crew and staff go out of their way when they see a Platinum Card. The perks of being a Platinum Guest are great we reallllllllllly liked the VIP check in (no line) and then you are escorted past the line and onto the ship, WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We dined at Nick and Nora's the second formal night. The Captian and several Officers were also dining at tables on either side of us. We bought wine for both tables to thank them for the excellent service we had recieved on their ship and for steering away from Hurricane Ernesto (itnerary reversed).

Pros: I loved the new Platinum services offered with 10+ cruises

Cons: Could not find any cons

Cozumel, Mexico
Go see the Mayan Ruins they are small, but worth the trip. We did the Mini Jeep tour this trip it was great.
Don't Miss: Shopping
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
This port is still small remote and wonderful. On the bus ride back from the Mayan ruins a HUGE spider was crossing the road and the driver had to go around it. I am not kidding.
Don't Miss: Mayan Ruins
Belize City, Belize
This was our third trip to Belize. We love this country. Take a tour any tour you can't go wrong, don't JUST tender to Belize City and shop. We went to the Mayan ruins on the bus ride you could see the ruins atop a mountain when you are about five miles from the site. When you make it to the top or the ruins the views are beyond words.
Don't Miss: Mayan Ruins
George Town, Grand Cayman
You must go shopping, skip the trip to "Hell"
Don't Miss: Get in the water and do anything.
