We found the food to be of a poor quality. The service was slow. Children were allowed to literally run around the ship unsupervised. Also, we found the expert shopper on board to be condescending and unpleasant in her demeanor.

Food and Dining

Very poor quality.

Entertainment

Very little set, good music.

Children's Programs

They let children run wild on the ship.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
The service in the dining room was slow and the staff acted like they were doing you a favor. They offered free champagne at the beginning of the cruise since this was a special New Year's Eve celebration, but the staff acted annoyed when you took the free champagne and not the charge drinks. The expert shopper needs a lesson in marketing. She was extremely offensive in some of her comments.
