Not so great...

The ship was a nice ship however the greatest disappointment was in the captain of the ship. We left knowing that it was hurricane season and knowing that changes are possible. We did not expect that the changes would be announced immediately upon leaving the ports not allowing us the chance of disembarking. The captain spoke in a very degrading manner to the passengers pretty much stating that he picked us up from new york and will drop us off in new york and where we go in between is his business! He also stated that you wanted three ports we gave you three ports! The three ports were FGlorida, freeport and then Rhode Isnad where we went to shore on the lifeboats! Staff was great! They were your reason to want to return! This cruise made the newspapers! Search on the web USA today and Nesday for Miracle ship departed August 29th.

Pros: The service of the crew was wonderful!

Cons: The delays in announcing the unplanned changes in itinerary
