We just returned from a week long cruise on the Miracle. As a previous Carnival cruiser, we were very dissapointed in the dining room service and food. Limited choices on the menu. The food was cold and the waiter and busboy needed additional training on service. The ship needed better entertainment on board and better shopping and items to choose from for purchase. Overall, we were not happy with Carnival and the ship Miracle.

I would cancel this port

Pros: Enjoyed the ports and the ship was absoultely beautiful

Cons: The food was not up to previous expectation. The dining room staff needed additional training and the food was cold. The ship needs better entertainment and shopping on board
