We enjoyed the VIP passses, made things much easier. Breakfast and lunch at the Lido were always very good. Pizza and ice cream or yogurt were delicious late at night. We enjoyed the big screen TV so we could watch the basketball games.

We enjoyed the Serenity Spa, workout facility, the 21 years and older sun deck and The Tides Pool. My 13 year old son enjoyed Circle C Kids Program, the Waterpark, mini-golf, ping pong, Cherry on Top, and The Warehouse Arcade.

The breakfast by the pool was the best with the shortest line. For lunch and dinner the Northern Lights dining room was wonderful.

Anyone sailing on the Magic, make sure you get up to the Serenity Deck.. They have two hammocks and quite a few lounges, including hot tubs.. No kids, just you and whomever and Serenity!!!

Stop by the Sushi bar on any Carnival ship for complementary sushi. Most guests who know about it visit before dinner.

Avoid the buffet lines - call as far aft as you can for breakfast and lunch. For regular buffet, the same options are offered in the rear, with much shorter lines. Also - go try Pasta Bar on the first day - no one finds it until later in the week.

If you cruise carnival, I suggest a Carnival mastercard. WOW we havent had one long and already have enough points to pay all tipping for a 7 day cruise or buy drink coupons for like 24 drinks. The carnival points add up fast and can be used not only for carnival but MANY THINGS. check it out!!
