The Indian fare at stern was AMAZING for ship food! Get there early for movies and expect long waits for popcorn. If choose your time dining, expect 1/2 hour or more wait for seating. Not bad, just don't wait too late for hungry kiddo's sakes.

Patience, there are 3000 other Guests on board so you wait in line occasionally. A little different to remember the ships deck layout.. Other ships are Food at one end entertainment at other this ship is layed out with a new plan to put kitchen in middle of dinning rooms! Loved the comedians,

Need to relocate the outside smoking area on the 5th deck to the other side of the ship. Every day there was a bean bag challenge, and we had to suffer through the cigar smoke to participate.

Try to stay toward the back of the ship, so that you will be in the Southern Star dining room. It has windows on three sides of the dining room. The Northern Star dining room has no windows.

The main thing I would suggest is knowing you are on Texas time at all times while on the ship. We missed booking two excursions because we did not think we would be back in time. Besides that we had a blast and you get to know a lot of people on the trip.

This is a large ship. I takes a lot of time to get on board and a lot of time to depart. It was no better or worse than other ships I have been on.

for lunches on sea days head downstairs to the grill on the starbord side midship on the deck. Best place for lunch

Awesome Tandoori food at the very back of Lido deck on the right, get there early, they close at 2:30.

The Cove Balcony is an excellent value for a balcony room. Very private and we loved being so close to the water
