Review summary

traveled with a friend that hasn't sailed on carnival in about 15 years and has sailed rcl 4-5 times... she told me, she's never going back to rcl. to say she had a great time is an understatement and she already booked us on another one for April

extremely fast. the ship arrived from Norfolk to Miami with no passengers on board right around 830am. as platinum, we were on board by 1035, boarding began at 1030!

food was really good this cruise. I enjoyed the new menu carnival has, even lido food was good. I had a friend with me (second on carnival, first was around 2006-2008) said she thought the food was better than rcl

I never do much, I love just lounging around and drinking, people watching and listen to live music

if your on the magic... ask for robby. he's usually at the affirm atrium bar at night or red frog bar during the day

very fast. however, our zone tags were called (zone 2) and not all zone 2 luggage was out yet. took an extra 20 minutes, but we had flights after 12pm, so no biggie
