Excellent, Warm and good Service throughout the cruising period. Some of the exceptional service experienced and special mention of the below team-members: Room Service: Carol was our Room Service in-charge and she always remembered our names and greeted us by names at all times. She was exceptional in ensuring our needs and room is clean at all time, per the decided time-frame. She built a fantastic and super friendly rapport with each of us and made is feel special at all times. One special mention is when we requested for New Year Eve HAT, she ran to the Deck9 and made is available to us, which really touched our heart. Hats-off to all the service provided by Carol. Dining area: Everyday dining at Southern light dining room was a good experience. I Gusti, Leishi and Kris made us feel special for every dining experience each night. All of them always welcomed us at dinner table with a warm smile. Special mention of Leishi for a special bond she built with our kids and us within a short period of time. Even if Kids wanted to have dinner at Lido Marketplace, they wanted to come and meet Leishi every day. The shot guy (Kirby) was too good in selling shots at end of every dinner. He was full of energy, was a fun person, knew his business very well, knew how to make people laugh and grab attention. Every team-members is an asset to Carnival Cruise line and deserves a special mention. Breakfast Table: Masophi and Kacelyn were too good to understand and remember what we would prefer for breakfast each morning. For e.g., Masophie remembered that we prefer Masala Tea and that we prefer a wet towel at the end of our breakfast. After the first day, we didn't have to tell them anything coz they remembered it very well. :) On the last day, even Henrilene (from Philippines), who was assigned to our breakfast table was very good and ensured that our experience was good. Pizza Counter: Team-members at the Pizza counter were too good, as every pizza was served fresh within no time. Our entire family enjoyed each and every Pizza that was being served at the Pizza counter. Deck11 Mopping near Water slides: Every morning we all use to enjoy the hot tub and then some waterslides. Post waterslides, we adults use to sit aside and kids use to enjoy the waterslide for a long time. The cleaning/mopping guys (especially Anil) was too good coz kids use to run to us multiple times and make the floor wet every time them came out of the water slide area. Anil use to mop it quickly to keep the area dry to ensure the it is safe for the kids to walk/run again. Camp Ocean: Our Kids loved the Camp Ocean area and activities. Kids really enjoyed playing with Ms Jeanne, Ms Apple, Ms Marshmallow, Ms Magic, Mr Brownie, Mr Wolf and Ms Jackie. Even today our kids remember each team-member and wants to see them again on their next cruise. Every team-member ensured that they built a special bond with each kid and ensured that kids feel excited to come to the Camp Ocean every single day. Kids felt very special, when they received a goodie bag on their last day at the camp Ocean. Overall service across the Cruise was exceptional and worth mentioning. Keep up the good work.
