Review summary

Good to be back cruising. The food was not up to quality and took very long in the dining room. It was less activities on port days. Also the room hardly got serviced. The deck parties were very repetitive.

Cabin was nice for the price. We request the king bed but upon arrival it was 2 twins. Steward fixed pretty fast. The room only got serviced the first 2 days.

During these new COVID-19 Protocols expect less fun.

I just sailed on the Magic in the 7th. And I agree with you on the food quality. I still enjoyed myself. Guys and the Blue Iguana never disappointed us. The Steak House was amazing. The buffet and room service was pretty bad. But hey I'm on a cruise so I substituted my food for cocktails 🍸🍹🍸🍹🍷🥂

Unfortunate that your cruise was underwhelming for you. Some cruises rate 5 stars, others less. Depends on ship circumstances (supplies, staffing, etc.) at the time of your cruise. The cruise experience could've been much better the week before your cruise or the week after. I've read reviews where people were on the very same cruise and had totally different experiences.

I will eat frozen TV dinners and make my own bed and not whine about it if I had too, as long as we're on a cruise.
