Embarkation was quick and easy they checked our vaccination card and got us checked in no time

Food and Dining

The food was good definitely had better but due to Covid I don’t expect it to be exactly the same. Wish they would’ve brought food out faster I had at least a 15-30 min wait between courses

Onboard Activities

From the jacuzzis on the side of the boat (privacy) to the mini golf or sky course was all great! They even get off the boat in half moon cay to play a couple games with very fun I must say!

Entertainment

The comedy shows were fun but you had to get to the club and sit for about a hour before the comedian even came out and he only gave a 20 min show. He was funny! The crew came to do deck parties but did the same thing over and over needs new entertainment and dances lol! The DJ was good their was a lot of slow jazz or old 70s songs in the atrium almost gave that Titanic feel lol

Service and Staff

The staff were nice but you could tell they were not as happy as we were to be on the ship! They remembered our name but didn’t check on us as much! The waitress only came to clear plates and bring us food! I order a lemonade with my dinner 3 times and I’m still waiting on it! The room steward cleaned our room maybe twice! Luckily we are very clean people but guest service and the bartenders were awesome!

I sailed on the Magic Oct 7th. I agree with you about those jacuzzi's on the side of the ship. The crew was amazing when I was on there except the guy working at the photo area. He was being a jerk until he realized I was dropping over $100.00 on pictures then his attitude changed quickly.😂 Everyone else was amazing.

Sorry your cruise experience was somewhat lacking. Most crew are happy to have paying guests sailing again. Great that you still managed to have a good time.

Odd that the staff seemed to not want to be there, reminds me of what one staffer told me (paraphrased) “Yes, long hours, not much chance to get off, but it is better than working in the fields”. Looking forward to the Panorama again in March, most of them seemed to want to be there.
