Wish the staff called people out on the rules they didn't follow. Serenity constantly had chairs with towels that had been there for hours. Woman filled water bottle with the water spout, unsanitary.

For the most part the food was really good, the German chocolate cake was fantastic. Not impressed with the steakhouse, not worth the money.

Ship Quality

Having to go up to go down never made sense to me but it's like that on all ships. Everything was always clean.
We did the 27 waterfalls, great excursion, be careful ended hurting my neck. There is a pool and slide right off the boat that looked like a great time. Alot of hurricane damage once away from the Port.
We did the kids water toys excursion. There were 2 water toys, drinks were lacking and the food was okay. Water was crystal clear and warm. Much better drivers than on the DR. :)
Thanks for the honest review, I went on the Vista and Magic. Found out the Vista fixed much of these problems. I also preferred where we went, the stops on Magic had a lot of hurricane damage
