The best part of Carnival Magic was the staff who are above and beyond friendly and hard working. They made us feel like special guests, and made our cruise enjoyable and unforgettable!

I went to two comedy shows, and both times the comic went way too far with crude jokes about vaginas... it was funny at first but too many jokes on one topic that was unnecessarily vulgar. I wish there had been better theater, only went to one show and everyone walked out confused. The best entertainment came from the musicians that were scattered throughout the ship, they were all very talented!

The staff throughout the ship were incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly! It was amazing how many remembered our names just after the first day, it made the experiences even more special. I'd like to give a special shout out to the bartender, Wilson Mercado, who went above and beyond to make fantastic drinks and remembered our names and favorites after only one day. Our service team in the Northern Lights dining room were incredible. We requested to sit in Jino, Alexandru, and Gede's section every night. They made us feel like special guests with their friendly embraces. Alexandru's sparkling personality was the highlight of dinner, and we enjoyed the extra minutes he could sometimes fit in to wow us with magic tricks or exchange in light hearted humor. Pio Braganza also made our evenings special with his charismatic and personal greetings. We made sure to attend dinner each night just to spend time with our favorite service team, and were sad to say goodbye!

Although the bathroom was outdated and the mirror has seen better days...our room was always very clean, we loved the towel animals, and our steward was very friendly!
We loved our Home Away from Home excursion, however we wish we would have been told to bring water shoes as the beaches are rocky. Other than that, it was a great day!
