7 Night Eastern Caribbean (Galveston Roundtrip)
Sail Date: January 31, 2016
Ship: Carnival Magic
Cabin Type: Balcony
Cabin Number: 9418
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 1 year ago

The time slots for embarking and disembarking worked very well. The 3 of us were in cabin 9418 which proved to be an excellent location. We utilized the anytime dining in the forward dining room and burger bar. Michael served our evening meals extremely well, great guy. Sea day brunches were very good. Oh yes, the Cruise Director was over the top, some refinement needed. Overall our cruise experience was very good. However, some of the little things were missing; No ice buckets in stateroom, no turn down mints, breakfast service in dining room was slow and the burgers on Lido were pre cooked and stored in oven rather than cooked at time of service. Enjoy the Galveston location, wish we had more and longer itineraries to choose from.

Entertainment

Do not do the theater because of strobe type lighting. Just a personal eye problem
