Room Type: Suite

Embarkation & disembarkation handled exceptionally well. Room nice with an excellent steward. Food good (once we got it). Severe lack of training of service staff. Questioned about the lack of service the Customer Relations desk stated they were at maximum number of staff @ 1067 personnel. If true\, then it must be a lack of leadership / training. We generally served ourselves. We've been on 20+ cruises and will have to think about using Carnival again.

Pros: Getting away from home for a week

Cons: Table service throughout the ship
