Our first cruise

Sail Date: March 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

Our dinner experience was the most memorable (we still miss Katherine\, Noel\, and Charlie). As a traveller with kids\, the shows could have been more kid friendly\, and less \"Las-Vegas\" style.

The pools were well maintained\, and the Lanai was great.

Pros: The hospitality

Cons: The food

Recommends Carnival Magic? Yes!

Service and Staff
Krisna makes a mean omlette! Our dinner experience was great and we will always think of Katherine\, Noel\, and Charlie!!
Cabin / Stateroom
The drain in the shower was faulty and we had a big mess on the floor with back flow every time one of us showered. With all the other facilities in the ship\, the room is designed to make you spend less time there and explore the ship.
Food and Dining
My son was bummed that the Sushi restaurant was no longer in service.
