Review summary
Boarding the ship was expedited due to my mobility needs(a scooter). While not able to procure a handicapped room, the regular room accomodated us(wife and stepdaughter and myself) satisfactorilly. Activities for us consisted to watching trivia games and relaxing on the lido deck. There wasn't a lot of engaging activities. The theatre shows were not of the quality expected from previous Carnival cruises. The first night show with the stage cast was the best offered. It seemed to us with the super sizing of the ship that the available facilities(dining) were quite crowded compared to the regular size vessels we've been on. It just seemed that the same size dining areas had to accomodate a larger crowd. The dining staff and room steward staff were extremely accomodating and very cheerful in the performance of their duties.
Over all, the cruise was quite pleasant although I'm not sure we'd book another cruise on that vessel.
