Review summary

I am hooked. First time cruiser, but feel I will soon be one of the people with multiple cruise emblems on their lanyards ! There was always something to do or somewhere to go if we choose too. We slept in till noon two mornings, and with the ability to order room service at any hour for free, never felt we missed a thing. The staff were supurb , anticipating my husband and I's needs at every turn. No dishes, romantic settings, room service, theater, room cleaned 2 times a day with turn down service in the eve, excursions, and a list of activities  left daily......"What more could you ask for ??"

Yes , I booked privately... did" hop on and hop off bus" in Jamaica to shopping $19 pp, Margaretville and Doctors Cove beach were two of its stops after shopping...perfect route geared for tourist -pay at the pier(can use debit) and receive wrist band. Two People for whole day fees were approx. $70 for bus and Doctors Cave beach*$32 with chairs and umbrella ......drinks /food/shopping extra . Make sure you get back on bus by 3:45 as they stop at 4pm or you have to take a taxi back. In the Cayman Islands we took the 2 snorkel stop with Sting Ray City by "Captain Marvin" for $44 a person, steps from the pier and a full day of fun( . https://www.captainmarvins.com/ ). Tour is early enough to make it back in plenty of time. Next Cozumel,we went to , Chankanaab Natural park, where many options abound, dolphins, sea lions, natural history, tequila tasting, mock ruins to give the feel of culture, and the beach was superb!! The snorkeling was to die for but remember to bring water shoes as the rocks are right off the shoreline. You can rent snorkel equipment mask/snorkel and fins, at a fair price $12 or so, bargain with them to throw in a vest if your not a strong swimmer, out of shape, or just don't want to work that hard on vacation. HINT... take some breakfast Cheerios or frosted flakes from the boat to feed the fish, and they will swarm you. The beach staff bring food and dtinks or you can walk a few steps to the outdoor restaurant which is very good and has multiple fans making it a cool place, Bathrooms are there and a shower at the other end of the private beach. Prices reasonable there, drinks (etoh) approx. $6 , $ 22pp to get in to park ( coupon for $2 @ http://www.theworldisabook.com/12075/cozumel-with-kids-chankanaab-national-park/ ) then 11 taxi ride there and back $22 (hint- ask people who approach the taxi stand at pier and at front of park, if anyone is going to the park or ship, and you can split the cab !!
