Carnival Magic--

Sail Date: January 13, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Full of hat ticks and will nickle and dime you to death. The music in the show room was terrible and most of the entertainment also was terrible. Perhaps for young kids, but this cruise was mostly mid-life and senors. So bad was some of the so-called entertainment that we got up and walked out. Only two shows were good, the Magic show and the juggler show. The only thing I can say that is good was that the food in the main dinning room was mostly always good and the service was excellent.
The ports i.e., Key West was excellent and also Nassua. Freeport lacks anything to do but go to the Casino in town. We have sailed on 18 cruises and this one was by far the worse. Never again on this ship and perhaps Carnival. RCCL is much better and Princess.
