Beautiful Ship

I had contacted Carnival before sailing to request an upgraded room for my 100% Disabled Veteran husband and they told us they do not do that. When we boarded the ship, we went to guest services to see if we could get an up grade and the staff person directing passengers in the line told us there were no upgrades available. However, there was a couple at the guest services desk and the person behind the desk told them, OK Mr. & Mrs. .......we have upgraded you to a suite. The staff person directing the line, told us the ship was going out full, however our head waiter told us the ship was not full. We were not pleased about that. And......the staff person directing passengers in the guest service line told us we had to go through , a little late don't you think?????. It would have been nice to know when we booked through they would have it posted some where on their web site that all upgrade rquests need to go through the booking agent, not the cruise line.

Pros: Beautiful ship\, great state room\, great staff

Cons: Hot food was always warm not hot\, cold food was not very cold

Recommends Carnival Magic? Yes!
