Could have been better!

Sail Date: April 01, 2012

Room Type: Suite

It's a beautiful new ship, but they really need to do something about the configuration in the shopping area. When a "sale" is going on, you cannot get through the mob of people trying to save a buck! That should even be a safety issue.

Pros: Beautiful ship.

Cons: Suites are smaller

Food and Dining
A little disappointed in the food this time. Variety was lacking. Some food just was not good! Steakhouse is almost impossible to get in, so missed that this trip. Lots of specialty options, but with the prices going up on Carnival, we don't want to spend "extra" any more than we have to.
Cabin / Stateroom
Suite was smaller on the Magic than on my last cruise 2 years ago. I guess they need to cram more people into more higher priced staterooms. It was a lovely suite and the location was great. Had to ask for a pillow top mattress cover. Didn't have to on my last cruise.
